Results: Contested Superior Township Primary Races

On Primary Tuesday, Superior Township featured races for Clerk and Township Board of Trustees. 

With nearly 60-percent of the vote, incumbent Superior Township clerk, Lynette Findlay won her Democratic primary over Paula Jefferson and Meghan Winslow.  Findley will be unopposed in November for another four-year term. 

The Democratic primary for Superior Township Board of Trustees saw incumbents Nancy Caviston and Lisa Lewis move on to November.  The other two winners on the Democratic side are Bernice Lindke and Rhonda McGill.  They will be joined on the November ballot by Republican Hamilton Zachariahs, who was unopposed on Tuesday.
